Film Club is a community of film lovers who come together to study, appreciate and critically analyze films from different genres, eras and cultures. Our mission is to provide a platform for university students to engage in meaningful discussions, screenings, workshops and events that promote the study, appreciation and creation of film/cinematography fundamentals. Our vision is to create a dynamic film community that serves as a hub for students' knowledge, skills and understanding of film as an art form. Our goal is to understand, analyze, and explore deep films and their creators as powerful tools for storytelling, social commentary, and cultural exchange. Through our activities and events, we seek to inspire, engage and empower our members to become critical thinkers, storytellers and advocates of film that will contribute to enriching the university's academic landscape.
