One of the big advantages of International Black Sea University is that along with Academic life, we have a very active social life. IBSU has a special office of Clubs and Societies, the coordinator of which is Mr. Guram Abashidze. The office includes more than 20 student clubs, all of which vary in different ways. Some of the clubs have educational purposes, such as Business Club, Future Leaders Club, Young Lawyers Club, Success Club, and so on. These clubs help students to improve their professional skills and gain necessary knowledge and skills for their future career. There are also clubs, the mission of which is entertainment, general erudition, and establishing good relationships among students and lecturers. In the list of such clubs the most active would be: Coffee with a Prof Club, Cinema Club, Cooking Club, Readers Club, Theatre and Drama Club, and many others. Each club has an organized structure. It has its President, Vice-President, Advisor, Treasury, minimum number of 10 members, and, of course, a special mission, plan, and an aim. IBSU Clubs and Societies Office is proud to announce that every week we hold at least 4-5 events, organized by the clubs. Some of the events have the type of Public Lecture, where famous and successful people are invited to share their experience. Other events may include the type of informal conversation, trainings, a contest or a game. Almost every student of IBSU is signed up in at least one club. We welcome all of you to join us and make your student life more interesting.
